Introduction
La licence en gestion & Technology vise à former des professionnels de la gestion d'entreprise dotés d'une solide formation technologique. Le bachelor est pluridisciplinaire et intègre des approches technologiques dans les disciplines de type managérial (par exemple Enterprise Resource Planning -ERP), ainsi que des approches business dans les matières de type technologique/informatif (par exemple Big Data analysis, Business Programming). Grâce au programme SAP Universities, les étudiants acquerront des connaissances sur la gestion des applications SAP.
Les diplômés auront un avantage comparatif par rapport aux titulaires de licences plus traditionnelles, car ils seront en mesure de tirer le meilleur parti des possibilités offertes par la technologie pour la gestion des entreprises de la quatrième génération.
Études en anglais uniquement
Ce diplôme est entièrement dispensé en anglais. Aucun groupe n'est disponible en espagnol, quelle que soit la matière. Vous devez tenir compte du fait que :
- Dans les groupes d'anglais, tous les travaux (cours, exercices, tests, etc.) se déroulent en anglais.
- Au cours de la première année, il doit établir un niveau d'anglais B2, passer un test et fournir l'un des certificats officiels soutenus ou tout autre moyen déterminé par l'université
- Après avoir terminé les études, la mention DS d'avoir effectué les études en anglais apparaîtra
Employabilité et stages professionnels
L'UC3M a conclu des accords avec plus de 3 000 entreprises et institutions dans lesquelles les étudiants peuvent effectuer des stages et accéder à des offres d'emploi.
Au total, 93,4 % des diplômés de cette université entrent sur le marché du travail dès la première année suivant la fin de leurs études, selon l'enquête 2019.

Mobility
Exchange programs
The Erasmus program permits uc3m first-degree and post-graduate students to spend one or several terms at one of the European universities with which uc3m has special agreements or take up an Erasmus Placement, a work placement or internship at an EU company. These exchanges are funded with Erasmus Grants which are provided by the EU and the Spanish Ministry of Education.
The non-European mobility program enables uc3m degree students to study one or several terms in one of the international universities with which the university has special agreements. It also has funding from the Banco Santander and the uc3m.
These places are offered in a public competition and are awarded to students with the best academic record and who have passed the language threshold (English, French, German, etc..) requested by the university of destination.

Résultat du programme
The Bachelor's Degree in Business and Technology seeks to combine and combine training in business administration with solid technological training, with a special focus on new information and communication technologies. In this way, the aim is to produce graduates who are competent business managers and who, in turn, are experts in digital technology. Thus, graduates will be professionals capable of leading work teams with which to develop technology-based projects in which excellence in the performance of digital technology is essential for the success of these initiatives.
In short, the aim is to train those who will be the executives and managers of the companies of the fourth era. They will know and manage technologies, platforms languages, techniques, and tools that can improve their business or an industrial sector. The application of digital technology to the main processes of the business sector will generate innovation, improving the way of working and facilitating the transition to the digital environment.
